I only asked for sausage and chips. I got way more than I could eat very nice. I will definitely go again when in the area.
Absolutely fantastic place. Best fish and chips I had for a log time. Prices are reasonable, portions are man sized.... Staff are polite, service is quick.. what more could you ask for?
Best fish and chips ever. The batter is light and not overly greasy good portion of chips. Nice peas and curry sauce. It's our favourite place for a treat.
Great little chippy, staff were accommodating and fun. Lovely to watch them all singing along to songs and clearly enjoying themselves. Made waiting in the queue worth the wait.
I recently just moved to Crewe and have been meaning to try different fish and chips and came across this shop as it was closer of a walk than the ones in town. I think I came around their busiest time because there was a queue and they ran out of haddock. I ended up getting the large cod and chips as well as the mushy peas. The large cod was definitely a large (I could’ve opted for the mini portion) and they a generous amount of chips on the side as well. I enjoyed the fish and chips. They were both tasty considering I still had to walk back to my place to eat them. The fish itself was seasoned well even with just salt and vinegar. I surprisingly enjoyed the mushy peas (I asked for coleslaw initially which they do not carry). I can see why there’s a queue at night as it was delicious. I hope I get to try their haddock next time!
Fabulous quality , staff so pleasant and polite. Lovely-tasting fish, nothing greasy. A very well-managed business. Best chippy ever. There are about 12 chip shops closer to my home but I don't mind driving the 8 miles or so to Haslington Chippy. It's always worth it.
Andy always very welcoming and friendly. Food excellent. A 4 because my chips were overcooked last time but will be back.
This is the chip shop was a find when we were looking for a new home. We don’t find one but when we are able we visit even though it’s best part of a 12 mile round trip. Every time we have visited, the shop has had waiting but served quickly, the food as well as the service is second to none. Try a visit , test how far you would travel for great food and service Ian Barber , Cheshire East.
